Hello and welcome to my page!

My educational path to get here to you was a mixture of undergraduate and graduate work as well as personal experience. I earned a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. Between those two universities I attended Associates of Integrative Health for my training in Massage Therapy. 

I am an Indiana native who transplanted to Knoxville, Tennessee in 2014 where I live with my rescue dog, Wrigley. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, grabbing coffee at one of our many local coffee shops, attending my church and getting outside for some kayaking or hiking. I look forward to meeting you soon!
